سلام دوستان
من میخوام فایل اکسل تو سایتم آپلود کنم نمیشه با خطای زیر مواجه میشم کسی میتونه کمکی کنه!!!!

روی خطی هم که خط میده این کده:
$desc ['name'] = iconv ('utf-16le', $this->charset, substr ($desc ['name'], 0, $desc ['nameLength'] - 2));
